
A HR Director is required to fulfil the following roles: • Provide operational support to the teams in France and Belgium
• Constantly assess and align HR processes, policies, procedures and activities to the needs of the business
• Model company values
• Protect the Company from legal exposure and minimise attrition
The purpose of the job is to deliver generalist HR operational support to the business to help it to meet its operational goals.
Specific duties:- Provide a fully managed recruitment and induction service to internal departments
- Review working practices, policies & procedures for legal compliance and to ensure legislative changes are incorporated and understood.
- Work with European HR Managers (HRM Germany - HRM Spain - HRM UK & Ireland) to diagnose, source and deliver appropriate training and development solutions across Europe.
- Continuously improve working practices to provide greater added value to employees and Management.
- Travel regularly to attend meetings, coach and shape behaviours and launch and assess HR initiatives.
- Manage and develop the HR Assistant to ensure their ongoing success in their role, and forward career planning
- Prepare staffing plans and skills assessments to support annual performance review process and develop a talent management set of practices
- Deliver training on key HR initiatives as required
- Use Management Information to identify monitor and report on key HR trends and statistics, recommending areas for further action as appropriate
- Ensure all internal HR Systems are maintained with up to date information to maximise their value to the business
