It is your mission to optimize sales of the Kipling bag collections in Wijnegem. A Shop Assitant and Sales Consultants report to you.
Your responsibilities include:
• To monitor shop environment and sales staff
• To be able to report on sales and KPI data
• To determine as precise as possible the wants and needs of end consumers in relation to Kipling bags
• To focus on cross-selling by proposing alternative Kipling products
• To focus on multiple selling by proposing additional Kipling products (cf. offering beauty case with trolley;
offering wallet with handbag, etc.)
• To have insight in sell through results and to determine gaps in the Kipling offer
• To be able to organise repeat orders
• To organise the stock room in an efficient way
• To have basic knowledge of visual merchandising in accordance with Kipling guidelines
• You hold minimum a degree of secondary school
• Experience in a similar position in the fashion domain
• You are passionate about fashion and reflect the young, dynamic and enthusiastic image of the Kipling brand
• You have good ethics and moral
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken Dutch. Good command of French and English
